Welcome to Our Holiday Home!

We're thrilled that you're considering staying at our holiday home for your holiday. Before you dive into the relaxation and fun, here are some friendly terms and conditions we ask you to review:

Booking and Payment:

Reservation: To secure your booking, please book online using the book now button.
Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be notified in writing.

       100% refund                    30 days before check-in

         50% refund                 7-14 days before check-in 

           0% refund.                  1-6 days before check-in         

                       

We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in: Check-in time is 2pm If you need to arrive earlier, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Check-out:  We kindly ask that you check out by 10am, so we have time to get ready for our next lovely guests.

 Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

House Rules:

Respectful Behaviour: Please treat our holiday home with care and respect, just as you would your own.

No Smoking or Vaping: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.

Pets:  up to 2 medium sized dogs or 1 large Dog are welcome, ( restricted due to the size of the holiday home) but please inform us in advance. Additional fees apply.

Noise:  Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Damages and Liability:

Damages: Accidents happen. Please report any damages or breakages during your stay.

Liability: We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay.

Miscellaneous:

Maximum Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit of 4 Visitors.

Maintenance: We strive to keep our holiday home in top condition. If you encounter any maintenance issues, please let us know, and we'll address them promptly.
